We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligible Items

• Shirts and unused specialty items (e.g., flasks) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

• Due to the nature of the product, Anti*Venom Tattoo Balm is non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Orders via Amazon

If you purchased Anti*Venom through Amazon, all returns and refunds must be handled directly through Amazon per their return policies. Visit your Amazon order history to initiate a return or contact Amazon customer service for assistance.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Aftercare@TheVault.ink with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions if eligible.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened skincare products (including Anti*Venom)

• Custom or limited-edition merchandise
